The last two paintings from my Puerto Rico artist residency. These works hold the feeling of a season where creating was all I had to do. Days shaped by tropical light, lush vegetation, and the freedom to simply follow my curiosity. Looking back, I realize these paintings aren’t just about the island—they’re about feeling completely in my element. A reminder of what can happen when there’s time, space, and openness to create.
